A hydroelectric facility turned research station used to study mysterious runic rings scattered around Khive’s domain.
Though their origin is unclear, it seems that a steady supply of primal energy turns the rings’ indicator lights blue, reminiscent of rehntite catalysts.
When activated, energy and matter can be teleported through them. Natural rings can only be used if the ring of ingress is not being actively observed by conscious beings.
